1. Download the GiG app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

   
   

2. Open the app and tap Sign In with Apple or Sign In with Google.

   
   

3. Choose the account you want to use and follow the prompts from Apple or Google.

   
   

4. You'll be taken to the home screen and your account is ready.

Notes:

• iPhone users will see both Sign In with Apple and Sign In with Google. Either option works.

• Your GiG account is tied to whichever Google or Apple account you used to sign in. You cannot change this later.

  
  

FAQs

Can I sign up with an email and password?

No. GiG only supports sign-in via Google or Apple. This keeps your account secure without needing a separate password.

Can I have more than one GiG account?

Each Google or Apple account creates one GiG account. If you sign in with a different Google or Apple account, a separate GiG account will be created.

I signed in but nothing happened.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, make sure your Google or Apple account is active and accessible, then try signing in again.
