How the free trial works
The first time you join a particular host without a payment card on file, you get a 90-second free trial with them.
Before the call starts, the app confirms: "You will get a 90-second free trial with this host."
The trial call runs like a normal session. When 90 seconds are up, the call ends automatically.
Trial sessions show as FREE in your transaction history — you are not charged.
How many free trials you get
You get up to 3 free trials in total.
You can use only one free trial per host — so your 3 trials cover 3 different hosts.
Each time you start a trial, it counts as one of your 3 — even if you leave before the 90 seconds are up. Once a trial starts, it's used.
After you've used all 3 trials, you'll need to add a payment card to join any new host.
After your trial
To keep talking to that host beyond the 90 seconds — or to join them again in future — you'll need to add a payment card. Once your card is set up, you're charged per minute at the host's normal rate.
To add a card: tap the Profile tab → Attendee (Payment Card) → follow the prompts.
Notes:
You get 3 free trials in total, and only one per host.
Starting a trial uses it up — leaving before 90 seconds still counts as one of your 3.
After you've used your trial with a host, you'll need a payment card to join them again — the app will show "Trial expired" and ask you to add a card.
Adding a payment card means future sessions are charged normally — there's no trial once a card is on file.

How long is the free trial?
90 seconds with a host you're joining for the first time without a payment card.
Do I need to enter card details to use my free trial?
No. The trial is designed to work without a card. You only add a card if you want to continue past the trial or return to that host later.
Why does the app say "Trial expired"?
You've already used your free trial with that host. To join them again, add a payment card via Profile → Attendee (Payment Card).
Can I get another free trial with the same host?
No — it's one trial per host. You can still get a trial with a new host you haven't tried, as long as you have trials remaining and no card on file.
How many free trials do I get in total?
Three. Each is with a different host, since it's one per host. After your third, you'll need a payment card to join any new host.
I left the call after a few seconds — did I waste a trial?
Yes. Once a trial starts it counts as one of your 3, even if you leave early. Only start a trial when you're ready to talk to that host.
